Galax or Beetleweed [Galax urceolata] found in Gerton on a trail near the Eastern Continental Divide on 14 June 2013. It’s a member of theDiapensia (Diapensiaceae) family. Newcomb’s Wildflower Guide, pages 178-179, says that it grows in woods and lists it scientific name as Galax aphylla.
